US Army Corp of Engineers, Huntsville CenterJAYA Corporation is currently under contract to develop the Explosive Safety Submission Electronic Management Tool (ESSEMT) for Formally Used Defense Sites (FUDS) for the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). EMC2’s Documentum was selected as the baseline product for this task. Documentum is a major leader in content management software systems. Documentum provides many capabilities as an out of the box solution, but also provides the flexibility to customize the software to meet unique requirements. For example, content security can be managed at the folder and document level. When fully developed the ESSEMT system will provide the USACE with a content management system customized to meet their specific needs.
JAYA Corporation is developing a Site Specific Accident Prevention for the Ordnance and Explosive Directorate at the Huntsville Center. Utilizing off-the-shelf programming environment, JAYA is automating the process such that reports are in a standardized format.
US Army Engineer Research and Development Center
JAYA Corporation is developing image processing techniques to detect and track free flying bats. Uncalibrated video-rate thermal imagery from a stationary FPA mico-bolometric IR imager is captured, and the sequential frames are processed to remove stationary clutter for further analyses.
JAYA supports the development and operational support for a smart munition sensor performance model. The model is a sensor simulation that is configurable to simulates encounters using thermal infrared background scene and 3D thermal targets movement as specified by users.
